What is Personal Information ?
The term “personal information” refers to information that specifically identifies you as an individual. It includes information that you provide or that we collect from other sources with your permission. Examples of personal information include your name, address, age, gender and marital and family status.
Why we ask for personal information
We want to work with you to help you secure your inheritance. In order to do this, we require detailed information from you. The more information we are able to obtain from you and from research we conduct, the better able we are to serve you. We therefore ask you for your personal information for the following purposes (i) to verify your identity and protect against fraud or false claims of heirship; (ii) to determine and prove legal entitlement of our clients; (iii) to comply with laws. In general, you can choose not to provide us with some or all of your personal information. However, please understand that, if you make this choice, we may not be able to provide you with the best possible service and may not be able to prove your entitlement.
Obtaining, Verifying and Accessing your Personal Information
We obtain personal information about you primarily from you. We may also obtain information from other sources with your consent.
